Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 March 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account and using Onelytics, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Acceptable use

You may use Onelytics only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to violate any platform's terms of service, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform, share account credentials with unauthorised parties, or attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the service.

3. Connected accounts

You are responsible for all activity associated with social media accounts you connect to Onelytics. You must have the right to grant us access to those accounts. You can disconnect any account at any time from Settings.

4. Service availability

Onelytics is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that data fetched from third-party social media APIs will always be accurate. Analytics data accuracy depends on the availability and accuracy of the underlying platform APIs.

5. Intellectual property

Onelytics and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Onelytics Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your analytics data remains yours — we do not claim ownership of it.

6. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onelytics Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or revenue. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
